Summary: The Facility Director will oversee daily operations for their assigned portfolio of buildings. As the Facility Director you will ensure maintenance and repairs, public health and physical safety activities. The Facility Director will manage vendors and vendor relations while managing respective contracts. Reporting to the VP of Facility Support Service you will be responsible for inventory control for assigned portfolio.

- Supervises staff and contract services to ensure completion of building maintenance and repairs
- Implements and oversees internal and external work order processes for assigned facilities
- Ensures properties are maintained according to standards with collaboration of Program Leadership and maintenance teams
- Reviews critical files for accuracy to provide timely updates on certifications and inspections
- Identifies and coordinates building repairs and maintenance programs, including inclement weather, and advises Program Leadership
- Develops and implements preventative maintenance schedules through analysis of trends related to building maintenance and expenditures
- Manages health and fire safety related testing
- Implements prevention and remediation for events which lead to DOB, OATH/ECB violations
- Collaborates with VP of Facilities Support Services to create a multi-year capital plan for expected facility expenditures
- Acts as point f contact for landlords and contractors when required
- Reviews POs in Aestive to ensure proper approvals are satisfied
- Ensured proper inventory for assigned sites including cleaning supplies and building materials
- Aids in RFP processes as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- 7 years of experience in building maintenance supervision in a residential or commercial environment, required
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, and painting, required
- A valid driver’s license, required for travel between locations
- Proven history of contract negotiations and analytical skills
- Proficient computer and communication skills
- Ability to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
