Summary
The Personal Assistant will be serving as an extension of a Founder. As the Personal Assistant you will possess strong research and problem-solving skills, to aid in both personal and professional endeavors. The Personal Assistant will assist in various activities, while maintaining daily needs and creative initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Completes assigned tasks through project management initiatives, including establishment of objectives, priorities, and timeline management
- Conducts online research on given topics and provides summary or presentation of findings
- Aids in research for health-conscious topics
- Research vendors for project needs, and maintained vendor relationships
- Completes errands including purchase/return goods, handles general maintenance needs of equipment, car, and home
- Plans and executes events including scheduling, organization, and preparation of food and environment
- Resolves tech issues through research or vendor support
- Anticipates needs of Founder to maximize efficiencies
- Completes special project requests as needed
- Provides coverage for Nanny on an emergency basis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Proven research skills, required
- Strong technology and computer skills including iOS/Android, PC systems for troubleshooting, MS Office, required
- Prior project management skills with proven deadline management, required
- Detail-orientated
- Strong communication, both written and spoken
- Reliable transportation to/from Asheville
- Availability to work 20hrs/week
