DUTIES
- Lead new product development projects
- Develop/Execute/Analyze experiment design
- Lead process improvement team activities
- Plan, develop and implement quality and manufacturing process changes
- Lead/direct the installation and start-up of new processes and equipment
- Analyze product/process/quality data identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Evaluate equipment and process capabilities and make recommendations on equipment design and selection
- Provide technical support on any production/product/quality issues as required.
Qualifications
- 8 years engineering experience in a process manufacturing environment.
- Solids and liquids mixing expertise required
- Prior experience working with capital expenditures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability/willingness to travel 30- 50% (domestic and international).
- Must have or be able to obtain a passport.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
