Summary :
As the Relationship Manager you will support both internal and external clients. The Relationship Manager should be detail orientated to partner with the Senior Financial Advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. As the Relationship Manager you will support back-office procedures and exposure to wealth management processes.
Responsibilities :
- Partners with Senior Advisors to prepare data for client meetings through research and presentation preparation
- Corresponds with clients during meetings and provides timely responses to inquiries
- Conducts financial planning analyses such as cash flow modeling, retirement planning, and estate planning
- Collaborates in the preparation of investment proposals and financial planning, including research and analysis of investment options
- Prepared client portfolio performance reports and provides periodic monitoring
- Maintains and ensures accurate client records
- Aids in the preparation of compliance documentation
- Updates and maintains client and portfolio data in the portfolio management system
- Assists with operational tasks such as back-office procedures and file maintenance
