Power Distribution Technician

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $31.00. Additionally, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to company-paid life and disability insurance.

• Collaborate with the line crew to ensure the efficient construction, operation, and maintenance of FMBI power distribution systems.
• Assist linemen in completing routine and non-routine repair tasks, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Perform installation and maintenance activities for high and low-voltage electric power lines and structures, working closely with linemen to achieve shared goals.
• Identify and troubleshoot system faults on power distribution lines, utilizing expertise and technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.

• A minimum of one year of electrical experience.
• A relevant associate's degree or certification in electrical engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear expression of ideas.
