Position Overview: As a lean, driven team, we’re looking for someone who is ready to take on significant responsibility, shape the future of our operations, and grow with us. As our Technical Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and streamlining the company’s day-to-day operations. From managing global production timelines and supply chain, to working closely with our engineering team and customers, you’ll ensure that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing partners to ensure quality standards, timely production, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Lead program management efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and aligned with company goals.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize operations and scale production as the company grows.
- Monitor inventory, production schedules, and logistics to minimize delays and resolve bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing pipeline.
- Identify areas for improvement within current processes and create solutions to increase efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Support the leadership team in strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the electronics industry or related field.
- Background in global manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Program management experience, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking on a broad range of responsibilities.
- Experience with ERP or other operational management tools is a plus.
