We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee customer strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful program execution from new product introduction to volume production. This role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, and expertise in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or contract manufacturing (CM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Focus Teams (CFT), prioritize activities, and act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Drive new product introductions, including planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage pricing, contracts, and inventory, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to customer and organizational standards.
- Organize and lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Ensure timely resolution of technical, scheduling, financial, and quality issues.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage demand, inventory, and pricing strategies.
- Utilize problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis) to address challenges and improve processes.
- Foster continuous improvement and lean culture across operations.
