What are the responsibilities and job description for the ESY- Sub-Seperate Special Education Reachers K-12+ position at Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District?
Position Objective: This position is accountable for assuming the responsibility for delivering high quality instructional experience through creativity, resourcefulness and sound judgment consistent with the curriculum frameworks, standards and the rules and regulations of the Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary LOVE of teaching and learning, believing every child can learn, be collaborative, bring joy and kindness to school each day.
1. Implement IEPs and deliver instruction to students enrolled in program
2. Create and deliver lessons to our students with moderate to severe disabilities which includes readiness, functional academics, daily living skills, social skills.
3. Provide physical assistance, as required
4. Assume other duties assigned by the Director of Student Services
5. This program runs from July 7, 2025 to August 7, 2025, Monday-Thursday. Hours vary based on assignment and programming and will be determined after consideration of candidate experience and licensure.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in the Freetown Lakeville Schools, preferred Required certification in Massachusetts DESE license in Mild - Moderate or Severe Disabilities
Master degree, preferred
Experience working with Students with Disabilities
Experience working with specified age group
