Core Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles to and from service areas, maintaining organization of customer vehicles in the service lot.
- Assist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated.
- Maintain service vehicles (gas, oil, water, tires).
- Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, seat covers, etc.
- Provide courtesy washes as requested.
- Help uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the Service Drive.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Customer service or lot attendant experience is helpful, but not required.
- A positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual and follows directions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
This position offers a Monday – Friday schedule with various shifts between 7am and 6pm. This role requires walking and standing for prolonged periods, frequently driving and parking vehicles, and occasionally working outdoors in the Service Drive and in the climate-controlled shop.
