Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business by identifying and engaging potential customers, focusing on ocean imports/exports and truckload brokerage
• Build relationships by becoming a trusted resource for clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions
• Gain hands-on experience in freight brokerage, import/export logistics, and supply chain operations
• Manage the sales process, quoting shipments, entering orders in our TMS, and overseeing shipments to ensure top-tier service
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs with the support of experienced mentors
