Freight Sales Position
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Freight Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and ensuring the smooth execution of freight shipments. This role requires a mixture of sales expertise and logistical knowledge, as well as strong communication skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Identify and prospect potential customers in need of freight shipping solutions, including but not limited to local, regional, and international shipments.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in freight and logistics to provide the best solutions to customers.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets by effectively managing a pipeline of prospects and closing new businesses.
- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular sales reports to management.
