You will take ownership of developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and driving domestic freight sales growth through LTL & FTL solutions. This is an outside sales, B2B role with unlimited earnings potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business & grow your customer base through prospecting & networking
- Sell domestic LTL/FTL freight solutions to businesses nationwide
- Manage existing accounts while continuously identifying new sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts & pricing strategies to meet customer shipping needs
- Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service & follow-ups
- Collaborate with operations & customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Domestic Freight Sales experience (LTL/FTL) with a Freight Forwarder
- A Book of Business Huge Plus (Not required but a major advantage)
- Hunter mentality competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently & close deals with decision-makers
