We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our ISO tank operations in Houston.

Job Summary :
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ISO tank logistics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the logistics or transportation industry, with a strong focus on ISO tanks.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the operations of ISO tank logistics, including loading, unloading, and transportation processes.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding ISO tank operations and safety.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
Manage a team of operations staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the operations.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Handle operational issues and emergencies as they arise, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the logistics or transportation industry, with a focus on ISO tanks.
Strong knowledge of ISO tank operations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
