Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role in our company success as the Service Account Coordinator. In this role you will manage the overall business relationship with the customer through proactive, open, responsive, and collaborative account management.
- Dispatch Service Technicians to service calls
- Follow up on technician status
- Review work orders for accuracy and move to billing
- Create purchase orders for technicians
- Act as a point of contact, provide customer service, and general relationship management
- Answer customer phone calls for service requests
- Provide customer with updates or supporting documents as needed
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in related position or dispatch position required
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to prioritize workload as it relates to customer's needs and adjust accordingly
- Ability to work well both independently and as a team
- Strong administrative, organizational, computer, customer and communication skills
- Flexibility in availability during peak season
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen for employment
