Job Description
Identify, cut, and portion standard meat cuts and types of poultry, beef, seafood, pork, and game. Use portion control equipment to accurately cut all product consistently and in accordance with specifications. Monitor proper storage and rotation of all products. Maintain a clean work area and operate in accordance with established health and safety procedures.

- Operate and maintain butcher shop equipment in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Consistently adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
