OVERVIEW
As a coach you will ensure the optimal learning environment for the player. Planning and implementing the Fremont YSC curriculum, lead the coaching during training and on game days, review and reflect on coaching performance for personal growth, and ensure all delivery is age specific and to the needs of the individual while nurturing teamwork and togetherness. Commitment to the three pillars of the clubs framework, developing the players, self development, and supporting parent engagement and understanding of the process.

Game Days

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of the player within the learning phase objectives.
- Deliver training sessions from the Fremont YSC Framework.
- Applying player Individual Development Plans, as structured by the clubs framework.
- Actively engage in personal growth and development through continued education and self reflection.
- Continuous open communication with DOC of learning phase in reference to welfare and needs of individual players.
- Monitor and record player progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement, aligned with DOC implemented process.
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure smooth operation of training, games, and player development needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding player progress, team schedules, and any other relevant information, building relationships within the a team culture, fostering a collective approach to player development.
- Attend and participate in coaches meetings, completing administrative tasks as required by the DOC.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the highest standards are always met (training environment/culture, appearance, kit, equipment, behavior)
QUALIFICATIONS
- USSF D License (or international) license preferred
- Or USSF Grassroots Diplomas working towards D License
- SafeSport Trained (can be completed during onboarding)
- Background Check (completed during onboarding)
Salary : $25 - $35
