We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at the French-American Chamber of Commerce - Texas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on technician who is passionate about troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing equipment downtime. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Project Management to monitor equipment status and performance.
- Carefully document all repairs and adjustments made to ensure maximum output.
- Assess equipment performance and repair history, collaborating with engineers to plan preventative maintenance schedules and upgrade equipment as needed.
- Train operators and maintenance teams on new equipment.
You should have basic knowledge of MS Office, Automation Software, and Intranet, along with a solid understanding of interpreting manuals and schematics in electricity and mechanical alignment. Familiarity with hand tools and multimeters for troubleshooting is essential.
Able to troubleshoot and repair equipment under pressure, you will be fluent in English, with French or Spanish being an asset. Relocation assistance is provided.
