Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Mission & Vision Alignment: Effectively reflects, articulates, and promotes FASP’s mission, vision, and values across all communication channels.
- Marketing & Communications Strategy: Develops, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive marketing and communications program that enhances the school’s reputation and supports its internal and external communication needs.
- Creative Oversight: Manages the strategic and creative direction of marketing materials and activities across various departments and functions.
- Publication Management: Oversees the editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all school publications.
- Website Management: Regularly updates and maintains the school’s website through Finalsite CMS, creating and developing new landing pages. Ensures optimal performance for search engine rankings (SEO) with support from external provider.
- Search Engine Marketing: Collaborates with service provider (such as Fiverr.com) to manage PPC campaigns and ensure high-quality performance.
- Social Media: Keeps all social media platforms current with fresh content that reflects the school’s daily life, admissions priorities, events, alumni news, and more.
- Media Relations: Serves as the primary contact with media outlets and coordinates media interest in the school’s activities and achievements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensures consistent use of the school’s branding across all print and electronic materials, including letterhead, logos, brochures, etc.
- Special Projects: Leads and manages marketing and communications initiatives related to special events, including the school’s 25th Anniversary.
- Strategy & Budgeting: Develops short- and long-term strategies for marketing and communications, including policies, budgets, and performance evaluations.
- Photography Oversight: Oversees photography needs for the website, social media, and other publications.
- Innovation: Stays informed on the latest trends in marketing, communications, education management, and governance, fostering continuous innovation in school operations.
- Event Participation: Actively participates in school events as needed and takes on additional duties as assigned.
