Duties
Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions.
Consult with customers to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations.
Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants by managing inventory effectively.
Assist with the setup and delivery of floral arrangements as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the design workspace.
Handle sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to continually improve design skills.
Skills
Proficiency in floral design techniques and principles.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Sales experience to promote products effectively.
Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and sales tracking.
Ability to communicate fluently in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions.
