Job purpose

The Fulfillment Supervisor ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of all retail, wholesale, web, special orders, and internal transfer of goods.
*

Responsibilities
*
*

• Supervises online orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment

• Works closely with the Wholesale team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of wholesale, corporate, and special orders

• Ensures accurate delivery of retail orders

• Maintains finished goods inventory, as well as shipping supplies

• Communicates inventory shortfalls to Distribution Center Manager and appropriate Department Heads

• Ensures all products and finished goods meet FBC quality standards

• Maintains and improves upon efficiencies in fulfillment practices

• Works to create, implement, and maintain department SOP

• Assesses staffing for shipping and distribution for both permanent and seasonal needs

• Oversees daily workflow based on priority

• Leads training of new employees

Qualifications

2 years of supervisory experience

Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple departments.

Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and shipping software is preferred

Experience with Google Sheets/Excel preferred

Creative thinking and problem solving

Strong organizational skills

Open-minded; thrives in an environment of change

This job operates in a warehouse and food production facility, where food and occupational safety is of the utmost importance. Noise, dust, machinery and varying climatic conditions may be present in this environment.

Position may require evenings and weekends as necessary.

Physical requirements
*
*
Fulfillment Supervisor is required to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50# on a regular basis, and perform repetitive tasks with few breaks.
*
