Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing general office and clerical support.
- Working closely with co-workers in a team environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Must be energetic and driven.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- University/college degree is an asset.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus.
- Digital Marketing Experience a plus.
