Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Clinical Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services.
- Maintain accurate medical and operations records, adhering to data collection and auditing requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans.
- Develop and implement action plans to address missed treatments and optimize facility efficiency.
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current state licensure.
- 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
