The Role of the Clinical Manager
- As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clinics operate efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- You will lead a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- You will work closely with other departments, including Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services, to ensure that our clinics meet the needs of our patients and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our clinics meet the needs of our patients and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN licensure and 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing and 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years supervisory or project/program management experience.
- Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience.
Work Environment
- Day-to-day work includes desk and personal computer work and interaction with patients, facility staff, and physicians.
- Position may require travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community and/or travel to regional, business unit, and corporate meetings may be required.
- The work environment is characteristic of a healthcare facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels.
- May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
