We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Clinical Manager. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, including financial management, staff supervision, and patient care delivery.
Key Duties:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop direct reports, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of patient care and operations, adhering to data collection and auditing protocols.
- Coordinate patient care activities, from admission to discharge.
- Monitor and address missed treatments, optimizing facility efficiency and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current state licensure.
- 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
