The Director of Dialysis Services will report directly to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dialysis services, including staff management, patient care, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure effective use of assets.

Responsibilities:
As a Director of Dialysis Services, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of dialysis facilities.
- Ensuring timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans.
- Directing initiation, maintenance, and communication of efficient and timely patient schedules.
- Maintaining facility environmental integrity, including safety.
Requirements:
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree; Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- 5 years' experience in dialysis nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and protocols.
