Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care, including education, treatment plans, and staff management. You will also participate in the selection and hiring of new team members, ensure completion of mandatory trainings, and provide support for all clinical staff members. Additionally, you will facilitate the application process for physician privileges, collaborate with internal departments, and maintain integrity of medical and operations records.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing (RN) is also required. You should have at least 6 years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility, with 12 months of clinical nursing experience and 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience. You must also pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
