Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our dialysis program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis program, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team of licensed nurses and other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient problems and improve outcomes.
- Ensure timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical nursing, including experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU.
- At least 6 months experience in chronic or acute dialysis nursing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
