Key Responsibilities :
Clinic Operations :
- Oversee clinic operations, managing costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for all direct reports.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
- Manage the Home Therapies Program and ensure compliance with records and data collection.
- Conduct financial management and regular reviews of profits and losses.
- Ensure adherence to reporting requirements and prepare for state and federal surveys.
