Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN), current state licensure, and 6 years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility. Additionally, they should have 12 months of clinical nursing experience, 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience, and have successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test. Preferred qualifications include supervisory or project/program management experience, med/surg or ICU/CCU experience, and being able to lead in a fast-paced environment.

- Managing clinic finances, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
- Partnering with internal Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
- Collaborating with or functioning as the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program.
