The Role
We're seeking a Finance Manager to lead the rollout and management of transactional finance processes in the US while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting requirements. This role will be the first dedicated finance team member in the US and will play a key role in supporting the rapid and efficient scaling of our US operations.
You'll work closely with the AU and Global Controllers, US business leaders, and international stakeholders to implement financial processes that are fit for purpose. This position will provide hands-on financial management and process improvement, ensuring the accuracy of US financial results and delivering timely insights that support Fresh Clinics' growth objectives.
This is a full-time position based in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to support visa sponsorship for this role.

- Strategic alignment: Work closely with the Global Controller to ensure the consistency and alignment of financial processes and deliverables.
- Regulatory compliance: Manage local, state, and federal reporting requirements, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
- Transactional finance oversight: Resolve AP/AR issues with support from the Philippines team while implementing automation to reduce manual workload.
- Process optimization: Drive the adoption of efficient and scalable finance processes tailored to the US market.
- Reporting & analysis: Perform month-end closing, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with US business leaders to align financial reporting with operational goals and decision-making needs.
- Payroll management: Oversee US payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- A proactive and strategic financial leader with hands-on experience in scaling and managing finance operations.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of financial reporting.
- Analytical and solution-focused, capable of navigating challenges and implementing effective processes.
- A strong communicator, able to engage effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and global partners.
- Resilient and autonomous, comfortable owning multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Transformation expertise: Successfully delivered financial transformation programs in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Technical knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and a deep understanding of financial reporting requirements.
- Problem-solving: Assess complex finance requirements and deliver clear solutions.
- Communication: Articulate goals and outcomes to team members, the CFO, and the Board.
- Attention to detail: Ensure precise financial reporting with a commercial mindset.
- Autonomy: Work independently to drive initiatives from start to finish.
- Project management: Handle multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
