Seeking an individual for the position of Sales Project Consultant/Project Supervisor of a Fresh Coat Painters Franchise

Qualified candidates will have

• Sales Experience within the residential and commercial painting industry
• Ability to properly prepare and present proposals to customers in accordance with the Fresh Coat Standards
• Ability to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Delivering a quality experience for customers
• Insure the profitability of each project
• Understand and implement the Brand concepts of Accountability, Communication, and Transparency
• Understanding of various painting methods and safety protocols.
• Ability to address client concerns effectively.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  
  

Candidates will be fully trained on the Fresh Coat System including our proprietary quoting software and will attend a full week’s training at our Cincinnati, Ohio Corporate training center as part of their certification process.
