Location:
FRESHDental Park RoadWe are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our patients. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling insurance verifications, managing schedules, and providing vital administrative support. Your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to multitask will ensure that our office runs smoothly while providing the highest quality care to our patients.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Complete daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients
- Greet all patients by name with a friendly demeanor and assist them throughout their office visit
- Serve as the face of the company, offering warm, professional service to both in-office patients and those calling in
- Manage and coordinate the schedules of 5 doctors and 5 hygienists
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and concerns
- Submit accurate insurance claims with proper attachments and narratives
- Follow up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments to ensure timely care
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of dental experience preferred; however, recent college graduates in communications, math, or accounting with strong attention to detail are also encouraged to apply
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred
- Exceptional professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with both coworkers and patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- A driven personality with a commitment to excellence in patient care and professional development
Compensation & Benefits:
