Core Responsibilities
- Execute daily office operation: schedule, workflow, patient information management.
- Payment collection: service fees, copays, patient balances, retail products.
- Understand and effectively communicate all aspects of business services and products.
- Facilitate patient requests, balancing patient satisfaction with business protocol(s).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a variety of personalities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound problem solving and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and growth mindset to learn new skills and cross training roles
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- In person availability, minimum four days a week

- Demonstrable digital proficiency
