We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately relaying information, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in a designated territory. Unlimited income potential.
*Duties*
- Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and grow an existing account base through regular communication and relationship-building
- Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and present appropriate product solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
*Skills*
- Experience in sales, preferably in construction services sales
- Proficient in sales software and CRM systems
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in inside sales or technical sales is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Dependable, honest, and able to accurately relay information.
