Job description
We are looking for a friendly, team oriented candidate to merchandise and support our manufacturing partners' product lines, at local Target stores.
Job Summary:
The merchandiser is responsible for the maintenance and display of consumer products at local stores, in their assigned region. The employee will help to drive sales by ensuring a high-quality, fully stocked display in stores.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Pull products from each store’s designated area, and bring them to the display
· Check product for sell by dates, defects, and damage.
· Reorganize shelves and clean all surfaces of the display to follow standards and schematics
· Communicate and give report via company-approved communication apps, including taking pictures to be uploaded to the app
· Develop in-store communication with department leads and store management.
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of merchandising best practices
· Creativity, and a knowledge of how to best present products
Education and Experience:
· Some experience with merchandising, sales, grocery, or fresh produce preferred.
· Valid Driver’s License required
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
· Must be able to use/willing to learn to use a pallet jack and flat cart
· Must have the ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and reach to complete assigned tasks

The scheduling is flexible, but best in the morning, servicing 5 days per week. This is a perfect part-time job for someone who is self-motivated and people oriented.
