Salary starts: $200,000
Note: This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be on-site 2-3 days a week at the Los Angeles, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Focus: California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Employment Law experience
Salary : $200,000 - $260,000
