The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to advance to a partner track in as little as two years, backed by seasoned practitioners and comprehensive support.Compensation : $200,000.00 - $260,000.00Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadingsDraft and argue motionsTake and defend depositionsManage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environmentDirect interaction with clients, offering legal advice and representing their interests in courtContinuously update and maintain knowledge on relevant laws and regulationsMinimum Position Qualifications : 3 years of employment litigation experienceStrong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skillsAdmitted to practice law in CaliforniaProven ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExemplary organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications : Experience with wage-hour class actions and PAGA casesFamiliarity with Los Angeles court procedures and regulationsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor less experienced legal staffTrack record of successful case settlements and verdictsKnowledge in the use of legal database softwareActive involvement in professional legal associations and community organizationsSkills : Advanced litigation and negotiation skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesHighly skilled in legal research and writingAbility to manage and prioritize tasks efficientlyStrong ethical judgment and integrity in handling confidential informationProficient in Microsoft Office suite and legal research software#J-18808-Ljbffr
