Job Description
Your Impact to the role:
- Partner with Sales to develop strategic business plans and oversee the planning of annual retail sales, and net plans to ensure that financial targets are achieved.
- Review and recommend strategies to improve account productivity and growth.
- Align financial plans to franchise by account and MOB (mix of business).
- Produce business analytics to support the global Brand. This includes the issuance of several standard monthly and quarterly reports as well as general ad-hoc analyses.
- Provide a summary of findings and recommendations from standard reports analysis to allow the brand to address risks and opportunities to the Brand's Annual Operating Plan.
- Create and publish Weekly and Monthly retail reports for the North America team and fresh Executive Committee.
- Ensure data accuracy for all reporting and be able to clearly articulate business drivers, observations, learnings, and actions.
- Report on and plan product discontinuation phase-out and make recommendations to manage the financial impact.
- Plan annual strategies and help define retailer-specific tactics and strategies.
- Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to drive sales strategy to meet budgeted targets.
- Expediently define and refine structured planning processes for efficiency, and closely partner with finance, account management, and head of sales to ensure real-time transparency in analysis and proactive alignment in action plans.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

- 7 Years of Experience in in sales & operations, finance, or corporate planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration (in Marketing or Finance).
- Strong business acumen and financial aptitude.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to steer multiple stakeholders within the organization.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Advanced Excel experience
