Position Summary:

Responsibilities include running weekly forecasting processes and collaborating with various teams to achieve drive forecasting accuracy. Effective communication with non-technical colleagues is essential, as is an appetite for continuous learning and process improvement.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of demand forecasts by Base-Material-Plant-Day for the next 150 days (in base units).
- Run weekly forecasting process and participate in continuously improving the forecasting process.
- Responsible for interpreting complex data from multiple sources.
- Execute and review statistical forecast model using software.
- Achieve consensus for forecasts by collaborating with merchandising, purchasing, marketing and operations teams.
- Partner with Demand Planner to communicate with merchandising to forecast promotional impacts.
- Analyze forecast error, service levels and scrap to improve service and reduce scrap.
- Communicate with non-technical colleagues how the forecast is evolving with business changes.
- Manipulate and manage data sets with good governance.
- Batchelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Bright, fast learner, experienced Excel user
- Demand analysis or Data analysis experience preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Typical Experience: 1-2 years
- Problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, statistical, and decision-making skills
- Adept at working in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, with an appetite for continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and solution driven mindset
- Organized, attention to detail, relentless follow-up.

Salary : $68,500 - $70,820
