Demand Planning Analyst 

The Role: 

Are you ready to put your international supply chain and fulfillment expertise to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a tech-savvy, strategic, and data-driven Demand Planning Analyst to manage our expanding supply chain needs and oversee the A-Z order process across traditional and emerging platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create forecasts and forecast-accuracy reports for customers 
• Course correct and realign production orders based on the demand landscape 
• Responsible for all inventory and inventory dollars across warehouse, with a key focus on reduction in holding value, while maintaining > 97% In stock Rate 
• Responsible for all aspects of reporting, including KPI’s associated with Inventory, Forecasting and Financials 
• Coordinate with data entry team in China and US, to ensure smooth order flow 
• Work with 3PL’s across US, and China for all outbound, LTL activities 
• Ensure timeliness and continuity of order processing and fulfillment operation. 
• Manage out of stock reporting with alternate options when out of stock, creatively manage and allocate priorities 
• Create and manage trackers for international (FOB) and private label orders 
• Key focus on root cause analysis, operational efficiency and process improvement project experience  

Requirements: 

• 4 years of experience 
• Graduate of accredited 4-year university 
• Thorough understanding of demand planning and ordering 
• Knowledge of wholesale environment [ordering, purchasing & fulfillment] 
• High-level experience with Excel 
• Experience with ERP, Netsuite a plus 
• EDI knowledge, experience in onboarding EDI customer and troubleshooting errors, a plus. 
• Excellent organization & communication skills 
• A critical thinking and problem-solving attitude 
• Team player

• Familiarity with BI tools and analysis 
• Knowledge of major retailers and specific shipping/routing instructions/portals 
• Ability to take initiative, a self-starter to help own the full order management process!

Salary Range: 

$75,000-$85,000, commensurate on experience
