- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies for operations and transport planning to optimize resource utilization and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Oversee capacity management efforts to effectively manage resources and meet customer demand while minimizing waste and inefficiencies.
- Utilize SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within operations and transportation.
- Define and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress towards goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic development projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and driving growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build the capabilities of team members and empower them to contribute to operational excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years' experience in operations, logistics, warehousing or manufacturing
- 3 years’ experience in data analysis and SQL
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
- Experience working in a union environment
- Experience working with an automated system.
- Hands on experience with WMS and SAP

Salary : $92,460 - $106,273
