Key Responsibilities:
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing with
a focus on process improvement and data analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis, including 2 years of experience with SQL and
advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
Experience with network optimization tools and business intelligence platforms.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects involving
multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a union environment.
Familiarity with automated systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
and SAP.
Hands-on experience with routing and network optimization tools like Roadnet
Systems.
Additional Information:

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements through data analytics and modeling techniques. Enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across various functions.
- Network Optimization: Utilize advanced routing and network optimization tools, such as Roadnet Systems, to develop and implement strategies that minimize delivery costs and maximize labor productivity.
- Scheduling and Forecasting: Develop and execute scheduling algorithms to optimize distribution schedules. Conduct intraday forecasting of order volumes to adjust resources for upcoming days.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to operational managers. Use business intelligence platforms (e.g., MS Power BI, MS Power Applications, Business Objects, MS Excel) to analyze service and labor data.
- Change Management: Support and lead activities related to process changes and cost control. Drive improvements from idea generation through to implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with transportation planning, operations teams, and application development teams to address process challenges and implement effective solutions.
- SOP and Compliance: Develop, enforce, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Act as the operations representative for system change management.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including cost justification, planning, execution, training, and support. Manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
- Data Management: Analyze and interpret data to validate and quantify process improvements. Ensure correct priorities are addressed based on data insights.
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
