Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the cash register system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and health regulations.

Skills

• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards in food service.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Previous experience in restaurants or nightclubs is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with guests.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $18.21 - $21.93 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
