What You Will Do
The purpose of this role is to support the Bethlehem Plant to ensure the financial accounting and reporting needs of the plant are met and support the achievement of budgeted financial goals and objectives.

What You Will Do
The purpose of this role is to support the Bethlehem Plant to ensure the financial accounting and reporting needs of the plant are met and support the achievement of budgeted financial goals and objectives.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Develop and calculate metrics to facilitate key performance indicators
- Provide financial advice to the plant management team to ensure sound financial and operational decisions
- Support monthly close process including timely monthly reporting of plant performance
- Support the preparation of the financial manufacturing budget plan and product standard costs
- Provide solid analysis of plant variances on a monthly basis vs plan, prior year, and forecasts
- Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to plant team in controlling manufacturing costs
- Work with plant/corporate finance on several initiatives including providing cost information for innovation and cost reduction projects, identifying cost/performance improvement opportunities and leadership of companywide initiatives
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the plants accounting systems and records, as well as strict compliance to all company policies, procedures, and controls
- Key focus areas include materials cost and usage management, labor cost and asset utilization and overhead expenditure control
- Support development and maintain standard cost of products at the Bethlehem plant
- Provide analysis of plant variances
- Support accuracy of inventory reporting
- Travel is expected to be minimal
Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of three to five years of related experience, food industry experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred
- Strong Excel skills are required

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills under pressing time constraints
- Ability to prioritize and control multiple tasks at the same time
