The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assigning the work within operations to enhance the efficiency of processes and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. They will assist with HR projects and Operational processes and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets, prepare summary information for manager's review
- Prepare and update recurring and routine internal reports, collect and verify data.
- Evaluate current operational performance and participate in the creation of strategic ideas for improvement.
- Assist with HR projects as needed
- Work on and prepare / process purchase orders
