RTH Prep - Team Lead

FreshRealm is looking for RTH Team Lead that will receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and IT equipment.  Follow all safety and health standards.   Key Responsibilities: Responsible for training of new hires and/or temporary Associates  Owns execution of SOPs and holds Associates accountable; escalates discrepancies to Supervisor when necessary  Owns the safety of the team, ensures that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time  By owning the team’s quality standards, ensure that we send out a quality product to our customers  Assist Supervisor with development of the team and assist with training of critical roles.  Motivate and challenge the team to achieve and exceed daily performance goals  Engage and show respect to associates on a daily basis.
