About The Role

What You'll Do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, with both inbound and outbound leads.
- Use engaging scripts to educate potential clients about our services, showcasing the benefits and value we provide.
- Tailor your communication style to connect with clients and meet their specific needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our programs and services to offer personalized solutions.
- Drive new business growth through proactive outbound calls and emails.
- Maximize client value by identifying upsell opportunities and reinforcing the benefits of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they’re satisfied and progressing with their agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Apply a consultative approach to explain how our solutions can meet client needs.
- Efficiently manage your schedule to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to our team’s success.
- At least 2 years of experience in tax resolution.
- A strong drive to succeed, coupled with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency with customer information systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow up with clients promptly.
- Problem-solving acumen and the ability to handle unexpected challenges constructively.
- Analytical and mathematical skills that support sound decision-making.
- Initiative and a sense of urgency in driving tasks to completion.
- Independence and the ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong decision-making and application skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
