What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Rental (Cottage) Cleaner in Gladwin, MI, along Pratt Lake (PLP) position at Freshwater Vacation Rentals?
We are looking for a vacation rental (Airbnb) cleaner to take care of a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom dog- friendly vacation rental/cottage on Pratt Lake in Gladwin, MIchigan.
We are looking for someone who is:
1. Flexible at times with their work hours, yet is able to adhere to a schedule (normally a 4-5 hour block of time, between 11am - 4pm)
2. Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must.)
2. Able to clean meticulously and quickly (between 2-5 hours), as you need to in an upscale hotel environment.
3. Able to wash linens (sheets) and towels will need to be washed at home. (Soap provided, labor is included in the $80/clean).
4. Independent. We need someone who can work on their own without being micromanaged each step of the way..
The vacation rental (Airbnb) cottage cleaner position requires cleaning one, small 2 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage at the level you would find in an upscale hotel.
Minor repairs (or at least noting them) is required. Curiosity is preferred.
This property is also a dog- friendly property!
