We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity to join Mountain Run at Boyne as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in executing operational strategies and driving company success through exceptional management practices.

  • You will be responsible for the operational management and profitability of the resort, overseeing various departments, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, recreation, and retail functions.
  • Your primary objective will be to organize, plan, and direct the resort's operations and functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • In this capacity, you will attend all meetings and managerial gatherings, creating and monitoring guidelines for employee development, counseling, and termination.
  • You will also develop and maintain cost and labor controls to ensure efficient operation within budgetary constraints.

About You:

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive knowledge of vacation ownership principles, practices, and procedures, including HOA laws and regulations. Your expertise in financial principles and statements will enable you to review and analyze resort and HOA financial status effectively.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Resort Director, General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Department Head, with a strong background in multiple disciplines, is required. Food and Beverage operational leadership experience is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study or equivalent experience is essential. We are looking for individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
