What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Rental (Cottage) Cleaner in Rose City (ALH) position at Freshwater Vacation Rentals?
We are looking for a cleaner to take care of a 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bathroom vacation rental/cottage in Rose City, MI
We are looking for someone (or a couple) who is:
1. Able to clean meticulously and quickly, as you need to in an upscale hotel environment.
2. Communicates quickly with our office re: schedule, supplies.
3. Trust-worthy (you are in someone's home)
4. Able to work between 11a-4pm, 1-3 varying days/week.
5. Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must)
The position requires cleaning one 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bathroom cottage, with the attention to detail that often only comes with OCD. We recognize this requires a hard-working person to meet the needs of this cottage. While the cottage is dated, We need someone who is meticulous, detail- oriented, passionate about cleaning and wants to present the home in the best possible light to the vacationing guests.
The grill needs to be cleaned between guests, as well as straightening up the outside between each guest.
The cleaning would also require washing the linens in the washer/dryer at the cottage, then making the beds as perfectly as is done in a hotel.
Minor repairs (or at least noting them) is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $200.00 per day
